NOT clear at all
By DJ
these labels are a frosty white color. I got them to put on paper bags to put my products in but it is very obviously a sticker, does not blend in with the background at all.

Not Really Clear, Literally or Figuratively
By Fraugher
Printed on the these labels, hoping to press them onto flat plastics of various colors. Whether on white or black, clear does not equal transparent. The label outline and background are prominent as a dirty shade, so unable to make it look like a decal. The Canon ink from my ink-jet smeared off of these ink-jet-specific labels even a day later.

What more, maybe I did not have a full brain on... but this is not 60 sheets, its 10 sheets with 60 labels. Search the description,no mention of 10 sheets anywhere. I expected 60 sheets. Pack of 60 is a bit deceptive. No way this semi-transparent product is worth $1/sheet.

Avery is a disappointment
By Richard S. Jackson
I purchased both Avery 18664 and 18665 "Clear Ink Jet Labels". My intention was to make a clear label to place on various items. The package suggests that you can go online and use Avery's free software. You can download it or use it online. In any event it is very poorly designed and rather useless, and most of the time cannot find the Avery item number you are using. My main dissatisfaction is the labels are not clear and on a clear surface you get a "frosted" appearance and not clear. I guess they are translucent. The colors of the labels are washed out and not vary opaque also. Bypass this item.
