The jury is still out

I'm giving this review 3 stars because I want to wait and see how the seller responds to my inquiry. I purchased this cartridge with a healthy dose of skepticism because I've not had great luck with after-market cartridges. And the price of this one was almost too good to believe, which made me even more skeptical. But I bought it anyway basically because I was too cheap to pay $50+ for the real HP-deal. When I got it and had a chance to test it, I was impressed. I probably printed a total of 10 pages or so with great results. Then, when I was doing my income taxes and I printed copies of the documents I began to see gray smudges across the pages in several locations. In my experience, this usually means that toner is collecting on the drum and transferring to the printed page, but when I examined the drum it looked pretty clean. I've sent an inquiry to the seller and when I hear back I'll edit this post, but I would say to anyone thinking of purchasing this: BEWARE. It is probably as cheaply priced as it is for a very good reason.

Excellent Quality at Reasonable Pricing.

I have a HP M1522nf HP Laser printer. The price of this toner is 1/4th the price of HP toner. When buying this item, I was cautious on its performance because price is very low compared to HP supplied toners. Once I ordered the item, it was shipped fast and installation was easy. The item came with quick install sheet. I was able to print documents right away without any difficulties and the quality did match HP toner's to my surprise. I keep seeing an error message on the printer display "10.1000 memory supply error", but the printer and copier work normal without any issues. Overall I am very impressed and I will order it again once I am done with the current one.
