I received the printer in the expected time. The printer works wonderfully and is meeting all my needs at the present time. I would recommend this printer and service to anyone who ships out a lotr of packages.

Good Printer in Good Condition - USB Connection ONLY - No Parallel Port
By BP
Unit arrived in good condition with only minor marks from prior use. It was repackaged as a refurbish unit (which I knew when placing my order). This would be a five star purchase, although I did have to spend the time figuring out go to reset the unit to default factory settings which I wish was done ahead of time (it wouldn't feed and find the edge of labels automatically). Once this step was complete it was smooth sailing. One important note for someone buying this as a replacement: Some of the ZP 450 units have both a USB and a Parallel printer connection - this one ONLY has a USB connection. This was a snafu as I was using an old parallel print server. This won't be an issue for someone connecting directly to a computer but know that you may be limited to USB functionality only when you buy this.

good but with warning
By everyman
I believe this printer could be a wise choice for applications where the computer driving it is one with a 32 bit operating system. The printer didn't always "shake hands" successfully with my 64 bit operating system and when that happened it was necessary to either re-boot the computer or turn off and restart the printer.
The printer itself is a fine piece of equipment but I would advise considering it may not be suitable for use with a 64 bit computer. My solution was t purchase a printer that wasn't made for one of the large shipping companies like UPS and therefore didn't have that company's firmware in it. After buying a generic printer all my problems went away. If all of my shipping was being done by UPS and I had a 32 bit system this printer would have been ideal.
